Arosa East Bay

We are very pleased with the home care that Arosa supplies. Lidia, our home care helper has been with us for almost a year and is a perfect fit for our family. She is kind, empathetic, efficient and and always eager to help. She is easy to get along with and has bonded with my wife, Elisabeth, who has dementia.

She has almost become part of the family. She visits our home five days a week, gets my wife up from bed, takes care of her morning hygiene and brings her down for breakfast which she prepares and which my wife eats with relish. Arosa East Bay has been outstanding in providing services for my husband as well as excellent support for me. There are at least five people who comprise a team that coordinates well together. When unexpected help is needed, it is available 24 hrs. a day. Everyone has a defined role and I am always kept informed of any changes or new information. The dedication of these individuals has been instrumental in maintaining the best daily outcomes. I cannot thank Arosa enough for the enormous help they have been in both mentally and physically lifting us up.
