Arosa East Bay provides exceptional care, giving clients independence and a social life. The staff is amazing, offering wonderful quality of care and support. Office staff is friendly, efficient, and always available to assist with any needs or questions, making caregiving jobs efficient and effective.
My wife Carol and I are current clients of Arosa and are utilizing both caregiving and care management. The staff members we have worked with, Annie Budash, our care manager, and Leah Gottfried, our primary caregiver, are superb! They are kind, attentive to our needs and preferences, and thoroughly professional. We have used a number of home care agencies over the last 10 years, and Arosa is truly in a class by itself! WE have recommended Arosa to friends.

Arosa East Bay has been outstanding in providing services for my husband as well as excellent support for me. There are at least five people who comprise a team that coordinates well together. When unexpected help is needed, it is available 24 hrs. a day. Everyone has a defined role and I am always kept informed of any changes or new information. The dedication of these individuals has been instrumental in maintaining the best daily outcomes. I cannot thank Arosa enough for the enormous help they have been in both mentally and physically lifting us up.
The staff at Arosa is amazing. They've been taking care of my grandmother for over a year who has progressive Dementia. The staff have given my grandmother and I our independence -- so I can work and she can have a social life outside of the house. The helpers we've had have been great at coming up with new, fun activities for my grandmother to do. The quality of care is wonderful. I enthusiastically recommend.
