Came to get a battery replaced in my laptop. After talking with them, they encouraged me to just buy a new computer. I appreciated this honesty and not trying to just get a buck without a repair being in the best interest of the customer.

Evan did a great job fixing my laptop. The repair took less time than expected so I got my laptop back in no time. I'll definitely be returning to Evan for future computer repair needs.

I am currently writing this review on my PC that I built, but ran into some trouble with and had the awesome Evan fix.
I emailed him with an outline of what was going on and he called me very quickly. He gave me a list of things to try first, and if I still had trouble, to give him a call back.
I was very impressed with how quickly he reached out and the pool of knowledge and suggestions he gave me, free of charge.
He wished me the best and hoped I didn't have to call back, but alas, I did.
I brought my PC to him and he assured me he will have an update in a few days. He completely rebuilt... read full review
