I Love Yoga Branch. I drive from Encinitas to Vista to attend the yoga classes. Encinitas has a Yoga studio on just about every corner, but I prefer Yoga Branch with Lizette. The best.

I’m not going to lie, I’m pretty picky when it comes to yoga studios 😅 I was a little uncertain when I moved to the area and was really hopeful to find a local yoga studio that felt like home. Yoga Branch exceeded my expectations and more! It’s a very warm, friendly and welcoming environment. I feel like that makes such a big difference in what is ultimately a community event: Practicing yoga together. I’ve been going consistently for over a year now and I have never once been disappointed in a class or Teacher. My personal favorites are: Lisette, Nick, Kayla, Lori. I’m sure that list will only grow!
What an amazing intention-filled yoga studio! The owner, Lisette is a gem. From the first interaction when I walked through the door, I felt so welcomed. Her class was nothing short of amazing. Her cue-ing is intelligent, hands on adjustments were loving, sequence and music was intuitive, and overall flow was well-timed. I had the perfect amount of time in each posture and by the time we were in savasana, the lights were dimmed and I was supported for the best relaxation and deep rest. I left feeling so well taken care of, well-rested, and refreshed. It’s such a gift to attend a class tauggg by someone who is passionate and skilled at what they do.
