While one patient did not enjoy the food, the overall experience was excellent, with wonderful nurses, CNAs, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. A patient who stayed for 7 weeks expressed their gratitude for the exceptional care they received, particularly from Nurse Nina, who was described as an "angel" and highly knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy.
When I arrived I had no feeling in my legs and could not walk. Thanks to the caring staff and unbelievable expertise of the physical therapists and occupational therapists, they saved my life. I left after two and a half weeks and could use a walker very efficiently and I'm home managing better and better every day thanks only to Vista Knowles.
My elderly father was admitted to this facility in early December. He spent three months there total. I was there about six days a week as a result I became very familiar with the staff and the facility. I cannot say enough nice things about the people who work here from the nurses to the to the physical therapy all of them exemplary caregivers. Huge thank you to James and Matt in PT. My dad is and was not an easy person to care for . However , even he was so grateful for the excellent care and kindness he was shown by every single person at this facility .
