Best gym I've ever been a member of, with great staff and atmosphere.
Decided to join a class with my cousin here and I had an amazing experience a great community of people pushing each other with positive vibes my legs were dead afterwards but the workout session was great and the environment was uplifting I would be coming here all the time if I lived in the area.
I'm so happy I found VAC! It really is a community gym in every sense. The trainers are skilled and supportive. The classes are always different and motivating, and the members are friendly and welcoming. Brian and team have created a place and a program that focus on taking care of people and it shows.
