I can not say enough about the customer service at Tri City. First off Lauren and Julie rock! I was in a pinch and they came through for me. Not only was their customer service amazing the carpet we picked out was better and less expensive than the original stuff we were going to get from one of the big box stores. Our installation was also seamless. Pat and his son were a joy to have in our house and they did a fabulous job. Do not go anywhere but Tri City- you wont be sorry.
