I brought my dog, Piper, in today for her first professional groom and I am so happy with how our experience went. Julie performed the service and she was so kind when we came to pick up. She really took her time explaining how Piper did and the things that made her nervous during her grooming session. I always appreciate honesty so that I know what to work on with my dog at home. Not only was Julie sweet, but she did an amazing job on the groom itself. Would 10/10 recommend and I can’t wait to bring my dog back!

Very happy with the care and groom of our little husky!? The Groom Room was quick to respond to all questions and thorough in getting necessary info on our dog. It was a quick and easy process to schedule and pay for an appointment, and most importantly they treated our puppy with care and even sent her home with a cute bandana. We’ll be back for her next groom!

Woody and Buzz love the Groom Room with our girl Taylor. She does a fantastic job with listening to our needs and the outcome is fantastic. I love that Taylor pays attention to so many little details and a perfect overall great grooming. I can’t go anywhere else. I love the online system to pay and pick up and appt reminders. And The location is next-door to Carlsbad Feed so we always drop by and get a special treat for on our way home. It’s great to help and support our local businesses.
