I walked in 20 minutes before closing to ask them to fix my glasses. I forget the woman’s name, but she was very nice and helpful and tried her best to adjust them back to how they used to be. She wasn’t able to, but I still appreciate the effort. All for no charge!

Such a seamless experience. Booked an appointment, and got my prescription same day. Got my frames with new lenses the next day. Crystal was so nice, she answered all my questions, and was able to give me the run down on the payment total before and after my insurance coverage.
