I recently had an issue with my AC unit going out. Both the response and customer care out amazing. I was able to book an appointment for the very next day. The issue was resolved in a timely manner with Steve providing additional insight on steps I can take to further the life of my unit. Sule was also great in ensuring I was well informed on my unit, next steps and future maintenance needed.
Southcoast is an exceptional HVAC company to work with. The entire team is very helpful and knowledgeable, ask for Arlette. She is very professional and goes out of her way to help when u need it, i appreciate the entire team
A couple weeks ago I had SouthCoast put in a new furnace, AC, and whole-house fan. It’s working well, but that’s to be expected. NOT so expected is the great service I got from the staff.
In my career I once managed service for a national retailer, I had 300 employees in seven regional service centers across the country (including almost 100 involved in in-home service), and I know just how frequently customers complain – sometimes about the smallest of things – and how comparatively rare compliment can be.
