Unfortunately my custom cap order was not fulfilled correctly. I provided them with specific instructions and specific artwork to use and they didn’t in a very particular spot on my design. I reached out an emailed them twice and they didn’t respond to even acknowledge me. The main artwork on the front of the cap was also not correctly centered and the under brim artwork was stitched over even tho I left plenty of space in the template. They could have scaled the artwork down slightly and not stitched over it but they didn’t communicate with me…Not what I expected for paying a premium for custom caps I was planning on selling to a few of my friends.
