We had a pipe burst late on a Saturday night. The technician was able to get to our house that night and identify the source of the leak, shut the water off, and get everything contained. He was back early the next day with everything he needed to fix the problem.
Roto Rooter came to clear a main line under their warranty. They didn’t charge us for the revisit. They found some roots that may have been missed previously. We appreciate their customer service and integrity.
