We called Plateau Pest Solutions to treat a significant mini ant infestation at our home. It was really tough to treat them but Plateau kept at it! Special shout out to Wyman who patiently explained why we likely had the problem, and how to best treat it. Wyman was correct! His treatment started working within the hour! This company is effective and fair, and stands behind its work!
Plateau has been such a breath of fresh air compared to former pest companies we’ve used (to no avail) on our property. We have an older home that wasn’t maintained by the former owners, so it’s been a process.
Phase one is done; we’re 100% rodent free for months now. The owner was really helpful and took time to explain why our prior pest control attempts failed so miserably despite the high price.
Jake was excellent as well; he came to set and check traps diligently over several weeks and each time would lug his ladder up our tiresome stairs to check the attic just to be sure (despite having no signs in the attic). That’s... read full review
I wanted a new pest control because our other company has over double the cost. My daughter has been researching and mentioned Plateau so I decided to call. Office staff was positive and helpful and set me up with a 2 hour timeframe instead of all day. My service was done by Wyman. He came out and walked the property with me. He was knowledgeable and made suggestions. He then completed a thorough service, removing spider webs, spraying, and lawn. He came back the next day to place traps. We are very happy with this local company !
