TERRIBLE!! Doctor couldn't even tell me I had an eye infection!There are so many things that went wrong during and after my visit. First it was terrible customer service. I went to see Morris Eye Group as my insurance changed and I needed new glasses and I thought I might have an eye infection. I saw three different people before seeing the eye doctor and I had to ask the front desk after an hour when I might see someone, she said "the appointments typically take 2 hours". 2 HOURS!!! I have had glasses for over 20 years and never once has it take 2 hours! TERRIBLE!! Doctor couldn't even tell me I had an eye infection! There are so many things that went wrong during and after my visit. First it was terrible customer service. I went to see Morris Eye Group as my insurance changed and I needed new glasses and I thought I might have an eye infection. I saw three different people before seeing the eye doctor and I had to ask the front desk after an hour when I might see someone, she said "the appointments typically take 2 hours". 2 HOURS!!! I have had glasses for over 20 years and never once has it take 2 hours! After seeing the third person, (I had my contacts out so couldn't see much without my glasses), I was leisurely shopping for glasses, and only after 15 minutes did they say I needed to go to them first. Who sees the glasses specialist before seeing the doctor! For someone who has -9.00 prescription, how am I supposed to see what I look like in glasses (common sense people!!). When I finally saw the doctor, it only took about 10 minutes, it me it felt like he didn't even really look at my eyes! I mentioned my eye is red, which clearly it was, and it was itched and he told me everything looked fine and nothing seemed wrong. He suggested I go to my PCP or see a dermatologist. Well when I went to my PCP (as I have an HMO) she said you definitely have an eye infection and I am SHOCKED they didn't catch that. TERRIBLE Doctor, where you can't even tell that I had an eye infection! To top it off they didn't get my insurance right so I had to pay over $500 for glasses and now am working with my insurance company to get reimbursed. One good thing is the glasses specialist was very nice. However, overall it was a terrible experience. I strongly recommend looking for somewhere else to go.

I've only had the best experiences at Morris Eye Group in Vista, CA. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment that I left the business, I received the most outstanding service. I was greeted warmly by the staff, and offered assistance. I only waited ten minutes for my appointment. Lydia B. brought me into the room and conducted the eye exams in a warm professional efficient manner. Afterwards, Abraham took me into another room , and he was warm, friendly and professional. He assisted me and even pulled out the chair for me. He was very courteous and I appreciated it.
