My son has anxiety so going to a major retail opticals is not his style. We came here and we had one on one help with picking out what would look good on my son and no anxiety. In and out under 15 minutes. Not going anywhere else.

I honestly have not seen this high level of customer service in a very long time. Kevin was patient with each person who came in or called on the phone. He offered me a quote on what I was there for (to reuse some highly specialized frames) but also showed me something somewhat similar that he could do which would even allow me to customize a different shape lense for the frames. His custom creation with new frames will be about half the cost of reusing my old frame, and will be done in-house in half the time. They do not accept any insurance, but I was planning on out-of-pocket anyway, so that worked great and the price was very reasonable. It's a small little shop but with tons of inventory and the ability to customize.
