lovely ladies with tons of experience that make sure you’re happy with your hair. kathleen was lovely to converse with and very knowledgeable. they were able to scheduling fairly quickly, as well. their boutique selection is also so cute, and they rotate the product frequently. its all boutique prices for sure, but great for gift shopping or treating yourself. they have a cute baby section, too.
I recently went to see Victoria for a 60-minute facial, and it was such a great experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her craft and communicates so well. This was my first facial with her, and she walked me through the entire process clearly and eloquently—both before starting and as she went along. She also did an amazing job reading my energy, knowing when I felt like chatting and when I just wanted to relax, which made the experience even better during the massage. Adorable every time! I found out about the Galentine’s event right at the end and they still handed me the last goodie bag! So grateful!! I had no idea what was inside and should have guessed at the cuteness in store ;)
