Tim the office manager is detail oriented, professional, very communicative, and a pleasure to work with. Glenn is an amazingly knowledgeable plumber and has created a great crew of workers to follow in his footsteps. I am always pleased with my experience with Jones Plumbing, and almost hesitate leaving a positive review only because I want to make sure they are always available for my property needs. Other companies wanted to just replace my grandmother's water heater but the service tech that came out solved the problem within 5 minutes. That's real service for the people. I'd highly recommend this business to any and everyone

Our water heater went out and luckily there was a label on the water heater so we knew exactly who to call! The service was outstanding from the initial phone call with Tim as well as the above and beyond service we received from Cliff installing the unit itself!! Thank you!!
