as a GC, i have used JJS for about 7 years. in that time they have proven to be onetime, professional, and know their business. sometimes in my business i will find a subcontractor and they will start off good but as time goes on, they slip into a state of adequacy. JJS never does that, it seems their motto must be "we are only as good as our last job" i say that because each job i feel like its their most important job. on one job many years ago, they made a mistake and forgot to cut one wall. to make it up they went out the next day, cut it, arranged testing same day and it passed. they really are a great company. don't waste you time searching, call... read full review

We had a great experience in an unfortunate situation. Richard was there for us every step of the way. Communication was easy as he answered the phone! These days that's a 10 for me. Work staff was courteous and work was done quickly. Thank you

JJ&S's service was great from start to finish. Andrew the estimator was excellent he did a thorough evaluation, his quotation was detailed and I knew exactly what to expect and felt confident that there wouldn't be unexpected costs. Pedro was detailed, efficient, and clean onsite. The entire JJ&S team was great at communicating and easy to work with. I liked the detailed quotation, the daily progress photos, etc. While I hope nobody has to deal with a flood/leak in their home, I would definitely recommend JJ&S.
