Not a customer review, but a very long overdue recommendation. I'm so pleased to see such excellent comments about this company. I was a private duty aide many years ago and Home Instead was the best agency I worked for, by far. Very professional, kept all our training current, and did a great job matching clients with in-home helpers. I would highly recommend them.
I'm actually an employee of the Home Instead office in Vista. These people are so great! I had thought there would be kind people as the staff, but their passion for the job and really caring about their clients, and the commitments to them, was so beyond my expectations. I am thrilled to be able to join their team; what a fantastic place to work. If any of my loved ones were in a place of needing care, I'd go to Home Instead off Hacienda, in Vista. I know I'm gushing a little, but I have been so impressed. Very pleased to be working for them.
Home Instead is an incredible company! We have had the pleasure of working with them since February of 2022. They are thorough, well-organized, compassionate, and responsive 24/7. The caregivers have been well-trained to work with my husband, who has Lewy Body Dementia. They are kind and caring individuals who my husband looks forward to seeing. We are so very grateful!
