Bought a new house that needed a whole new unit-AC, HVAC, and furnace. Called Extreme AC and Joe came over and gave us an estimate we couldn’t refuse. He is transparent, upfront and communicated expectations in an understandable manner. His team came over on time and completed the whole job in one day. They are friendly, professional, clean and extremely hard working(maybe that is where the name came from). They made sure we understood how the unit worked and gave us pointers for efficiency. Wonderful job! I had a bad experience with a vendor a couple of weeks ago and he left me with the same problem needing a new pump for my A/C unit. Henry showed up right on time, was super nice, properly checked what was needed, and even managed to get the quote approved from my PM and the new filter installed all within two hours. He even cleaned the unit outside for me. Now my AC is working great. Just an overall great experience from start to end. Highly recommend and if I have any future issues, I hope I get to work with this company again, especially Henry! 10/10! Thanks for the great job!
