Our AC went out and Josh was very responsive to my text and thankfully, fit us in the schedule the next day. I messaged him after seeing great referrals on Facebook.
The technicians sent were Cory and Andrew. They did great work and were polite and helpful in explaining everything including how to prevent the AC from going out again by not closing the vents.
It needed a circuit board and they took gallons of water out of the attic that had built up 😱 Cory also changed the air filter after he checked and saw it was really dirty as well. I had been meaning to change it but got busy and forgot, so I'm so glad he checked it!

Josh and his crew were excellent. Solved a super puzzling and strange problem on the (brand new) downstairs AC after lots of trial and error. They were relentless in figuring it out.
Then a year later a new issue on the upstairs unit that’s still going at 20 years old, came same day, figured out the issue and fixed it all in about ten minutes.
