I had my system installed two years ago. I had a wonderful experience with the entire process. This was the first time I had to call since I needed to add salt and replace filters for the first time so I was calling for assistance. Kyle Keehr was the representative I spoke with. This is something my husband would have handled, however he is no longer with us so I'm having to handle "man of the house" stuff. Kyle was patient and encouraging while assuring me he is here to help. He even said after adding the salt and changing the filters myself, I will feel "more empowered" the next time I have to do it. This is an A1 company in my book, from A-to-Z. Excellent product, superb, support, and reasonable pricing. Purchased a water softener for our home three years ago. The entire process, from inception to delivery, install, and operation of my unit was seamless, smooth and professional. And now, a little over three years later I had a little hiccup with my system. I called them and they helped me over the phone without delay.
