I needed a shower and shower/bath valve replaced. I shopped around and this company was the fairest priced of the 6 I contacted. They had a plumber available to come the next day. I had to call them a couple of times for updates on the plumber's arrival but someone answered the phone immediately and updated me. The delay was understandable and reasonable. Everyone I spoke with in this company was polite, professional and friendly. I would use this company again and for those to whom it matters, it is family owed.Services: Plumbing pipe repair

The technicians were very polite and thorough. The were able to quickly figure out the issue, let me know what work needed to be done, the cost and ETA. They got the part and was able to fix my water regulator issue quickly. They also walked me through some preventative maintenance to extend the life of my pipes and water heater. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.
