I've had EcoWater service for over 2 years. Water tastes great and always great service.. John Lindo was an absolute delight to deal with today, and helped me over the phone w my issue.. he was outstanding, and I appreciated that, especially me being on a busy schedule.
Staff and customer service of Eco water are spot on with their service. We had to replace water filters and Robert Hirsch did a fantastic job and answered all of my questions. He rightly suggested what is required to replace as per our timelines and did that much .
We are very pleased with our water Softener ERR3700, reverse osmosis system ERO385, and the alkaline EACW. After doing extensive research to find the right system for us and meeting with different companies...Luke Pelbath was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very easy to work with. We have a household with varying needs and we were very specific about what we wanted.
