Last night I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron who came out to make a new key for my Grandma who lost her car key. He was professional, kind, and did exactly what he needed to do, overcoming a couple challenges and roadblocks in the process. I think people underestimate the value of a service tech being able to come TO YOU to make a brand new key on the spot within an hour, that feels like the future! All in all, he helped my grandma out last night and I’m very appreciative of that. The price was fair and for an 8pm call it makes sense, and AAA covers a portion of it so it was perfect. Grandma is home safe thanks to y’all!

Highly recommend! Was referred to Day & Night Locksmith on a sliding door malfunction for my parents house. Chris was awesome! He was on a project but took my call briefly and called me back asap. Truly understood our situation and scheduled us in immediately. He came in and was able to identify and fix the problem. Friendly, professional, and will use again if we’re ever in need.
