It was easy to schedule online. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell, and in fact worked to save us money. A breath of fresh air after a bad experience elsewhere!
Cool Air Solutions is a great company! From the first phone call, to the service provided for my A/C Unit has been a terrific experience. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, patient and was careful with everything he did. He examined my system thoroughly, gave his recommendations and showed me why he decided to recommend replacing a few parts that would certainly elongate the life of the A/C unit. I'm grateful.
