Today was my first visit to Dr Coleman’s office. I’m going to write a follow up review after the work is completed. Not only was this the best dental office experience I’ve ever had it may be the best experience of any office of any kind. Every staff member was professional, knowledgeable, and each one was an excellent communicator. They could not have been more helpful from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. Absolutely loved the office! The front desk was very welcoming and warm. Dr. Rice helped my toddler feel more comfortable at his first dental appointment, and he giggled a lot during his visit! Because he was nervous, Dr. Rice was conscientious and didn’t force a cleaning before my son was ready. We planned to try again at his next appointment and I’m hopeful the staff will make it a great experience for him. Very excited to return! ?
