Since I moved to Vista and had to put my gym equipment in storage this gym has been a lifesaver. Has all the free weights and kettlebells I need plus mobility sticks which are a great addition to my routine. 24hr access, showers, bins for your bags, and a turf area as well. The manager and coach are very friendly and are there for you if you have any questions. I’ve also noticed most of the gym goers there are friendly if that matters to you. It might not be for everyone in regards to price and how small it is compared to other gyms, but it has everything you need to help you on your fitness journey.

There's have been some decent improvements in the past few months so I have to acknowledge that. The new trainers have improved things a bit since the last two left. With that said there's a lot this gym needs. Mostly in cleanliness and maintenance. - Bathrooms are typically pretty bad. Often out of soap, gross or clogged toilets and the one showers leaks and sprays washer everywhere when you turn it on. - The ceiling leaks when it rains.- Often small bugs walking around on the floor. - Most of the machines aren't bolted to the floors. Loved this gym while I was here, it's never too busy and all the equipment is great. Loved having a punching bag and kinda miss Anytime Fitness now that I'm writing this! Cynthia, one of the managers at the location, was absolutely awesome. I loved how much peace I had coming to this gym.
