    I am so glad I found Nicky. At 68 I have lost and gained 30+ pounds more times in my life than I can count. Occasionally I hired a trainer, sometimes through a gym, sometimes not, but I never really felt any huge results.

    I started a walking 5 years ago and that has been good. Changing my diet to low carb and walking regularly, helped me lose 40+ pounds over the last year. Now I needed to build muscle, get toned, and work on balance and posture. My upper body is weak, I lost tone (and my butt) with this last weight loss. As I age I notice small losses in balance. My posture has been an issue most of my life.

    Nicky is hands down the best trainer I have ever worked with. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, and weightlifting, but she has made every workout something I actually look forward to. She’s incredibly responsive to any questions I have and gives the best recommendations. I’ve never enjoyed lifting as much as I do now, and I’ve learned so much about proper form and nutrition. I’m already seeing great results and can’t wait to keep getting stronger with her help. Highly recommend Nicky if you want a trainer who’s both knowledgeable and a blast to work with!
