Excellent service. Mold inspection was absolutely thorough. Technician explained everything about mold and the inspection. He also discussed allergens with us and how to minimize our exposure. The report was top notch. Great value for a good price.

Wow! So pleased with my decision to use A&A Mold and Allergy. Scott and Chad have been so knowledgeable and supportive of our mold concerns. We were in total limbo after finding some surface mold in our bedroom. Do we need to get a remediation company, do we need to cut out walls, just repaint? So many questions and fears. However after the visit, I felt a huge sense of relief because of the knowledge Chad has about mold and allergens. We got 3 air samples that will come with a full report and consultation from Scott to ensure we are very clear on what our next steps are for $598. to me this is worth every penny because again we were so unsure what to do next. Ultimately, our issue may not be as big of a deal and this could save us thousands of dollars that we may have spent based on fear alone. Honestly I cannot recommend A&A enough.

Amazing inspection company. I was worried about a potential issue at my house. They responded very quickly on Yelp and scheduled an appointment for the inspection. Chad came and answered many of my questions and I learned a lot about mold! I could tell they are an honest company and have no interest in recommending unnecessary work. They are truly impartial because they only do testing, they don't do remediation. Chad gave me a lot of peace of mind, and the resulting lab report was very helpful and indicated no problems in my house. Very happy with my experience.
