Called for an estimate and I was told I would be called back before 5:00 p.m. that day. It's been over a week and I haven't heard from anyone. I wouldn't even bother to do business with them.

Hey Jimmy call me I'm tired of living in a truck. I want a day cab truck were I can go home every nite. I really need a change. You told me once in the 1980s that u liked the way I work. Very very bad resources receptionist left me on hold for 5 to ten mins. I called back it went strait to automated call ,if this is how they treat those who call this must be the way they run there business. I will not use them ? nor recommend them to anyone who expects good and positive service.

I got a load of black bark with red in it! Ultimately I took the blame because I should have inspected the load before it was dumped! So I called and let them know they had a bunch of red bark in their black bark. So let this be a warning before you have to get on your knees and Painstakingly pick red bark out of black bark lol I wasn't going to post a review and thought I would call the next day to see if they had fixed the problem and they said that's they way it is sometimes since the bays are so close... I can understand that when you have a few different chips here and there but I have it everywhere No apology, no fix, discount, no effort to make it right and that's all I was hoping for. Definitely not what I paid for!
