Been paying $80 a month towards this every month and my balance continues to trend down. Today I received a letter from them stating “their #1 goal is our health, however, until the balance is paid in full any future visits will be cancelled”. In addition they are sending me to collections. But “their #1 goal is our health”!? How do you do people this way!?

I have been a VMC patient for 30 years. VMC was once owned by the doctors and the staff reflected the doc's concern for professionalism and competence. Now that Kaweah Delta operates the clinic, the doctors seem to have lost control of the staff. Performance has slipped and there is a constant stream of new faces. There seems to be no nurses here, only doctors and medical technicians. There is a need for mid-level licensed nursing staff. But, the doctors remain top notch. I have been Dr. Raul Perez' patient for years and appreciate his thorough, knowledgeable care. He found a cancerous growth long before any diagnostic test would have, then treated me along with the surgeon. Each visit, he takes time to review and balance my many medications. He is a busy guy, but I write my list of concerns and he always addresses each one. I have always been grateful for Dr. Perez' care.

This place has refused service to me due to an unpaid bill. Even Quick Care refused Service. The bill was my late husband's medical issues but they have included me in that bill. Unprofessional and unethical

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Galindo Sr. From the day my son and daughter were born he has been there for them. The kids are now 11 and 8 and to this day they enjoy seeing Dr. Galindo Sr. We highly recommend him as a pediatrician. He is top notch!

I'm so angry, I took my baby at 6:55pm with a high fever of 102 and the receptionist at the front office of quickcare told me that "that's an appointment only" situation! Wait what??? I asked when did that started and why couldn't she be seen be someone there to test her for Covid or the flu like in the past. Mind you that my baby not even a year old has already been seen by Nurse before at Quickcare. As a concerned mother for her baby, I told her with an attitude that I have never heard of such rule and refusal of care for sick child, I then told her that I would take her elsewhere "to other urgent care." I then left the Quickcare angry and upset. But I needed answers, I went back to ask who would set up that "appointment." The receptionist responded that she can do it. I got more upset and asked her why she didn't give me that option in the beginning, she said I was arguing with her that's why she didn't offered or set up an appointment for my almost sick daughter. This is unbelievable and unacceptable, clearly she didn't want my daughter to be care for because it was 6:55pm and they were ready to leave for the day. Clearly this receptionist doesn't belong there with her attitude she didn't hesitate to give me back, but I had the right to give her attitude my daughter was ill and I just wanted someone to see her. The receptionist cared to home on time! I demand an explanation for her actions.

Everyone here in this clinic is so nice, I was very lost since this is our first visit of this clinic and this nice lady from appointment window walked me to where I suppose to go(which I could've spend longer time to find the lab) but since this is our first visit in this clinic, we'll see more in the future.There's one thing I wish Kaweah can improve is to leave a message while also calling the patient for what ever the information you try to provide. I missed my first call because I left my phone in the living room and went to my backyard for couple of minutes and the second time which I was having a important call with my school and out of all the time of the day they could pick to call me, they picked right at the time when I'm on another call... obviously I can't hang up my call from school, it's important.. I would try to call back but this isn't personal contact so there's no way for patient to reach out for whoever called me but to wait for them to call us again. It would be lot more useful to leave a message because not all of us have the time to answer phone calls at anytime you guys wishes to call.

Professional, thorough and kind. She doesn't hesitate to refer you to specialists if needed Hard to get in if you have an illness pop up. Not her fault though.DrLovelace gets an A+

Dr. Allen is an amazing doctor. He listens and he talks to you so that you understand. He is very down to earth.Kuya health medical group always very helpful great facility I have other doctors in that facility and I would recommend Korea medical highly.

Have always had good experiences with my appointments. Dr. Christiansen is familiar with my medical issues, is very knowledgeable, listens to all concerns. I have been referred to specialists when necessary. The office staff and the nurses are great. (Also, the phlebotomists in the lab are excellent— I’m hard to do and have had some bad experiences elsewhere. Have never had a problem here.)

The providers that I've have had have been stellar! The staff is pretty awesome too. Lab gets bottlenecked sometimes and xray is awesome! Best care anywhere. If you want to get through to someone on the phone, invest in forever! Want to get a form filled out? $15 just for that. Since Visalia Medical Clinic became part of the Kaweah Health family the front end and back end have gone to pot! I am thankful for the care that my family and I receive, but it's becoming a giant pain in the you know what to deal with the bureaucracy of industrialized health care. After every visit I get automated calls asking about the care I received. Was the doctor listening, did the staff make me feel important.... Final straw? Being on hold forever and getting the "thanks for calling after hours" message. Yeah, I called at the end of the business day,but I got that message before 5pm. I wish they'd poll me on their business end!
