Visalia Eye Center has an incredibly caring, professional, and talented surgeon, Dr. Matthew Kliethermes (also known as Dr. K), and also wonderful technicians and surgical nurses. The whole staff is wonderful!
They provide an incredible surgical experience that is sterile, comfortable, safe, and effective; my husband had two VERY comfortable eye surgeries. We are grateful for Visalia Eye Center.

I especially want to commend Lee Salazar in the billing department. She answered my call in less than two rings and efficiently managed my account by notifying me of a pending payment, processing it over the phone, and emailing my statements as requested—all in under five minutes.

Dr Kliethermes was fantastic, his medical knowledge far outstripping what I would expect of an ophthalmologist. Easy to talk to, easy to understand, thorough, and forthcoming with information. The rest of Visalia Eye Center was also great. Staff, equipment, cleanliness, and professionalism were all top notch. Kudos to everyone I dealt with.
