Karen was so great with our 6 year old! He has sensory issues and hates hair cuts… but it was like all of his fears disappeared when he was in Karen’s chair! He loves his “cool guy rock star” hair cut! She just chatted with him and made him feel so calm! The hair cut is perfect! We cannot be more happy with the service! She also recommended the perfect product so we could replicate it at home. I bought the blue gel on the spot!

It would be nice if the gal checking me in would have introduced herself. Also the gal who cut my hair.
Also she was checking to see if someone would be able to take me right then. Would like have been nice if she explained that. I was alittle confused what was going on. I know we all can continue to learn.
Requested style: This may be strange I asked if she can cut my hair in a manor that does not look like I just got a haircut. My hair turned out exactly like that. She was very friendly, good conversation.
