Great & Honest customer service!! Had originally called Redi- Rooter since I had previously used them in the past and was very pleased with their service but the gentleman that answered told me they had taken over. The gentleman that answered was VERY friendly and professional did not sound like he was being bothered by my questions. Very informative! So I decided to book an appointment with them for the next day. Before the day was over I received a follow up call from the same gentleman I had spoke to earlier that day letting me know the name of the technician who would be stopping by.
