I was staying at my moms house and could not get the hot water to flow out of the bathtub faucet. I am the only person who uses the bathtub so I did not want an expensive repair. I do not live in Visalia and after having bad experiences with other plumbers, I called Donnie Dodds plumbing. (Only after reading reviews). Donnie responded right away and an appointment was scheduled. He was punctual, in fact he texted me when he was on his way. He was professional and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. Showed up 15 minutes early to the job site, called me five minutes later to let me know of his arrival, did a safety walk-around on his own, and took off like a bat out of hell when he clocked in for the job. He finished earlier than expected, charged less than I expected, and did better work than I expected. Don is a professional. Call him and he can do it.
