Don’t go hear went to the one in Tulare and let’s just say they use children scissors for haircuts dog was cut up badly on private parts and tummy as well seen multiple reviews for both locations of similar issue really don’t know how there in business

Honestly wouldn't recommend this place. Your appointment will be at 2 and they won't start until hours later leaving your poor pooch in a cage for hours. My dog never wants to go in, he gets extremely anxious and even pulls at his leash with his paw trying to get me to stop walking. The last time I took him, strangers coming out of the Mexican place next door made a "joke" saying "kind of makes you worry huh" because they seen how he was acting. Today I took my towel out of my hair and went to go put it on my dog just for fun and he got terrified like he was was previously hit with one. I was happy with service for my fur baby until this last visit. My dog was given a “summer cut”, which I agreed to because his summer cuts were normal cuts. Never did I imagine the “summer cut” would leave him literally scarred. From reading what a shave should be for dog of his breed, he was nowhere near the length. He should’ve had 1 & 1/2” to 2” of fur and from pictures, clearly that didn’t happen. The worst part is his ears. He has been chewing on his ears from discomfort of how short his hair is. When dropped off, I was told groomer was running really behind and would be about 3 hours, at 2 hours I was called to let me know he was ready. It was... read full review
