Called him to service my AC with a leak never fixed the the leak said he was here for 4 hours put a couple of lbs of of freon and over charged us. Called back regarding leak said it was normal for an ac to leak like a broken faucet . Told me if he came out to check leak he never fixed he would charge me a other service fee . So beware make sure you check ur receipt and ask what he fixed or replaced make up what ever hours he did not work for.
