We've used Leticia for years now and never had issues but this year for 2021 return both my husband and my parents had issues. My husband taxes weren't filed until we called to follow up (they answered their phone) my parents on the other hand, it has been 6 months and still nothing, we have tried calling, and emailing for a call back to find out if their taxes weren't submitted either but after many voicemails still haven't received a call back.
