I called this morning and I got a technician Luis Estrada to come this afternoon, which the same day is almost unheard of these days. I advised Luis that I was speaking on behalf of my father in law , and that he needed a simpler thermostat installed, he educated us on the current thermostat and how we could make easier for my father in law to use , his patience and listening ability was top notch, I highly recommend this company and Luis for the excellent customer service.

David Manjarrez was excellent!! He took videos, answered questions, called me back and did such a great service at checking my home - toilets, shower, garbage disposal! Definitely recommend David!
