Eddie and his assistant were great when they went to pick up my brother-in-law. They treated him with respect. I loved that they used the American Flag cover for his body since he was a 27 year retired Correctional Officer. You can tell they really care for your loved ones. James helped us with the cremation and the keepsakes. He made the process so easy. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
I would like to sincerely thank the funeral home for their kindness and support during the time of our loss. The compassion and care shown to our family meant so much during such a difficult period.
We are especially grateful to the owner, Tania, Robert, and Angela for their professionalism, patience, and genuine empathy. They made a very hard time feel more manageable by being there for us every step of the way and ensuring everything was handled with dignity and respect.
We truly appreciate everything they did for our family and will always remember the kindness we were shown.
Taylor was an absolute blessing for my family. My mother passed 1/26 and on 1/28 an angel guided us through the entire process. She asked questions, listened to stories and made the whole process smooth. To make a connection through such a difficult time is amazing and truly made me feel at peace. Her compassion, attention to detail, and communication is hands down the best in the business. No stuffy morgue staff just human decency and compassion. She will forever be in my thoughts as I couldn't have done this without her. She is a diamond to have at Hadley Marcom. Thank you again for everything.
