Absolutely horrible. Iwould not recommend this company, they do not stand behind their work if IRS gets involved. Better off using Turbo Tax.

VERY poor customer service. They ask you to reprovided previous tax documents that they filed and they have in their computer! They then tell you they are going to call back you back only never to call back even if you call and remind them numerous times. Their approach is.......they have too many customers to worry about good service. If they are not providing good customer service how can I feel comfortable that they will do taxes properly if as they state, "we are too busy."Definitely would NOT recommend this business
