I love this studio! I've been going here for about a month and a half now, and I've been having such an amazing summer because of it. I didn't know anyone prior to signing up for classes, but this studio welcomed me with open arms.
Since I had never touched a Reformer before, I signed up for a private class with Jillian for my first ever session. I love that this studio offers privates in case you are nervous like I was about starting something new. I totally recommend it!

Flow Studios Pilates is a gem nestled right in Visalia. The studio is beautifully designed, creating a calming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel welcome. The instructor, Nadia, brings a wonderful energy to the space. Her supportive and motivating style encourages everyone to push their limits while feeling comfortable. Communication is seamless; they're always quick to respond and exceptionally flexible if you need to adjust your schedule. It’s a joy to be part of this community, and I’m thrilled to be attending here for the rest of my time in Visalia.
I have been a client for ten years. Layne and all the instructors are great and always take care to modify exercises to accommodate my aging body and creaking joints. Pilates helps me maintain strength, posture and balance and I hope to remain client for the next 30 years!
