Usually seen by Isabella Gieck and it’s always a wonderful experience. But unfortunately, when I needed an ER follow up after a car accident she was not available and I got Dyvakrupakar Daram. I never thought that I would be saying this about a “professional” but he was the WORST Doctor/PA I have ever had to encounter. He was not helpful what’s so ever. I told him about my pain after the crash and how I was having trouble breathing or sleeping. Absolutely LOVE the mobile check in option! And they take Apple Pay for the copay! Made check in super easy. All my forms were filled out prior to walking in the door! Hopefully this becomes the new normal at all FHCNs. I’m a Hockett/190 patient but happen to be in Visalia with my child who needed to be seen. I’m impressed! Dr.Kadam was amazing, explained everything to me perfectly. The appointment did not feel rushed and she took time to speak to my child directly. Her medical assistant was also very polite and professional. From scheduling online to the end of my appointment all of it was seamless. Truly appreciate the work FHCN does for my children 🥰❤
