I always have a great experience. Attentivness,politeness. I gave a four star review only because they were supposed to make some adjustments to my current eye glasses and they didn't.
The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. Dr. Brar was very knowledgeable and a great communicator. I could tell he was genuinely interested in providing the BEST possible care.
Super packed for booking (understandably in a provider-limited area) but despite this, they were able to place me on a waiting list and consistently updated me with open appointments and were able to get me in. The staff is nice, helpful with finding discounts and rebates, and the providers are very down to earth. Would recommend!
