Our kitchen sink was backed up yesterday morning, so I asked family who they recommended to fix it, which led me to call Drain Gurus. They arrived quickly and got the sink working back to normal within 1/2 an hour. The team is very communicative and precise and honest with their timelines, service, and estimates! We had a great experience with Jubien! Long story short - we hit a pipe in the wall while doing a home project. Jubien offered his services at an amazing price. He was extremely friendly, funny, and accommodating and even offered to vacuum the room after he finished the job. We are now able to move forward with our project with full confidence. We recently bought an old farm house that was built in the 1950’s. It had been vacant for about a year and needed a little TLC from Drain Guru. It all started with a slow draining sink, then moved to the vent full of acorns (squirrels), next the plumbing was backing up, had to put in a clean out, installing a dog wash and a water softener at least those were the big things. Jay and Cristian were amazing. They were so helpful and always answered our calls as well as communicated with us throughout their service. All I can say is, I am so grateful to have found Drain Guru they are the best!! Trust me they should be the first one you call when you have any plumbing issues.
