I came home from working a 12 hour day and all I wanted was a long, hot shower. After turning on my shower for several minutes, there was no hot water. I figured perhaps the pilot light was out. I tried to re-light the pilot light without success. That's when I noticed water leaking under my water heater. I didn't know who to call. On top of that tomorrow was Good Friday and Easter weekend. I had guests arriving and NO hot water. I calked them and received a reply. Within 15 minutes I had an appointment scheduled for Friday morning! My technician arrived right on time.
