My air con went out on Sat nite of the hottest weekend ever in Visalia. Called Dan's service and left a message on Sunday and within hours Steve was on the roof and knew what had to be done (compressor went out) anyway Monday they found the part in Ontario and had it shipped we had air conditioning by noon on Tuesday Want to thank all involved Dan, Steve, and Zach for the great job. Interesting. Reading other reviews this was NOT my experience During this heat spell our air con went out on a Saturday nite. Called them Sunday and Steve was on our roof in a couple of hours. Diagnosed the problem as a compressor the part was in Ontario on Monday. It's now 1 pm Tuesday and we have cool air. Thanks heaven for Dan, Steve and Zach. They were lifesavers for me. Haven't slept right in 3 days but know I'll get a good notes rest because of them. Thank you!!!!
