Carole has been my go-to tax preparation specialist for a number of years now. This past year I received a letter from the State of California claiming that I owed more taxes for 2022. I contacted Carole and she handled the whole situation demonstrating to the Franchise Tax Board that I had indeed paid all that was due and the issue was dropped. This was our first year with Carole and we are so impressed with her entire process. The document submission portal is extremely user-friendly and ensures you turn in all necessary forms & receipts. Carole kept us informed throughout; she quickly and completely answered any questions we had. We were amazed by the speedy turnaround time for our returns. This is the first time in 30 years of needing to file taxes that I’m actually looking forward to completing this process again next year!
