“It's been a long time since I've gotten waxed and recently decided I'm going to go consistently again. April was super clean, kind and made me feel comfortable. She was on time and ready to go. I got the Brazilian and love the way it looks, no red bumps so far. Love that she gave out samples of some skin care and that she's educated and knowledgeable about how to properly take care of your skin, even down there, for the best results. She used hard wax. While not painless she applies pressure on the more painful parts after she pulls the wax, but that could just be me and my pain tolerance. There also wasn't any strays or broken hairs which I've had after other waxers, nice and smooth looking. Looking forward to using her again.“

I was looking around for electrolysis to prep for surgery and Natsuko was one the person I had contacted from the many other businesses. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Compared to other locations Natsuko’s prices are pretty competitive and she is upfront with her pricing, never trying to upsell you on anything you don’t need. If you are lucky enough to have electrolysis a covered benefit under your insurance plan, she will work with you to provide receipts for reimbursement. Natsuko really is a hidden gem in Tustin. Parking and location is easy to find, and there are many shops and eateries around to stop by before or after your appointments.“
